Prestige Team Travel will coordinate all your team's flights by offering competitive pricing, setting up a payment scheduled, and gathering the team's personal information for tickets. We can also help your team with van/charter bus rentals.

We help develop your next tournament or competition By:

  • Negotiate competitive hotel room rates by working with the tournament's preferred hotels

  • Assist with airport shuttle transportation service to and from hotels

  • Develop a hotel room budget specific to your tournament

  • Provide all participating teams  with one point of contact for all hotels/travel needs

  • Assist in the development of a marketing plan for tournament/competition to increase tournament participation

  • Manage all hotel contracts relieving the tournament of all financial responsibility

  • offer 24/7 support for any incidents that may arise

  • Submit all room pick up reports and accounting summaries to the tournament director within 30 days after the last day of the tournament

  • Work with the Tournament to offer a reasonable rebate for the tournament's organization
